Terms of business
The specific terms for each project are set out in the written agreement we sign with you. This page summarises how we work.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, the timeline and the price. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it begins.
Payments
Payment stages are set out in your agreement.
Ownership
Ownership of the design, content and code is set out in your agreement, and you always keep your domain name and content.
Care plans
zemix care is a separate monthly service with its own scope, response times and notice period, all stated in the care agreement.
Plant & Care bundles
A Plant & Care bundle (a site with zemix care) takes €150 off the site and needs at least 12 months of zemix care, billed monthly. If care ends before 12 months, the €150 saving is added back. Year one includes the Living Seal trust badge as a gift.
